and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy.

What Personal Information About Customers Does Sybaritic Gather?
The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience at
Sybaritic. Here are the types of information we gather.
Information You Give Us:
We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way.
You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our
features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future
shopping for you, improving our store, and communicating with you.
Automatic Information:
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites,
we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses Sybaritic.
Scroll to the bottom of this page to see examples of the information we receive. A number of companies
offer utilities designed to help you visit Web sites anonymously. Although we will not be able to provide you with a
personalized experience at Sybaritic if we cannot recognize you, we want you to be aware that these tools exist.
E-mail Communications:
To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, Sybaritic sends Newsletters and e-mails in HTML format. If you do not want to receive newsletters from us, please adjust your account settings to reflect this by unsubscribing in the My Account section menu. We will however still send you e-mails to retrieve forgotten passwords, confirm orders, request information about not completing orders, updates on pricing and stock information from items in your wishlist and cart, as well as a welcome message when you join us. Invoices are sent via e-mail and by using Sybaritic you agree to receive invoices in electronic format via e-mail as per SARS requirements.
What About Cookies?
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable
our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features such as automatic login and permanent shopping carts for
storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits.
The "help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies,
how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether.
However, cookies allow you to take full advantage of some of Sybaritic's coolest features, and we recommend that
you leave them turned on.
Does Sybaritic Share the Information It Receives?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to
others. We will never share your details with any third party whatsoever without your prior consent.
Agents:
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf.
Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information
from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing
customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for
other purposes.
Business Transfers:
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy stores or assets. In such transactions, customer information
generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that Sybaritic, or substantially
all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law;
enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other
agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Sybaritic, our users, or others. This includes exchanging

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.

Sybaritic gives you access to the following information about you for the limited purpose of viewing and,
in certain cases, updating that information.

What Choices Do I Have?
As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to make a purchase
or to take advantage of such Sybaritic features as permanent shopping carts. You can add or
update certain information on pages such as those listed in the "Your Account" pages. When you update information, we
usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records.
Children
Sybaritic does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults.
If you are under 18, you may use Sybaritic only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions
If you choose to visit Sybaritic, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and
our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of South Africa. If you have any concern about privacy at Sybaritic, please send us
a thorough description to info@sybaritic.co.za, and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly.
This Notice and the Conditions of Use will change also, and use of information that we gather now is subject to the
Privacy Notice in effect at the time of use. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless
you have instructed us not to, but you should check our Web site frequently to see recent changes.
