Q: Do you have stock of item X?
A: No, Sybaritic does not keep stock on hand. All items generally take one day to reach us from confirmation of payment. In most cases we try to keep stock situations updated on our site - items you add in your cart which are GREEN are in stock with suppliers, RED items are not. If you need confirmation of stock availability before you order, you must email us so we can check and let you know - phoning us for this information may not help as we first need to confirm with the supplier for you.
Q: I need a customised computer and I am not up to date with technology. How do I know what goes together?
A: Please email us with your requirements - what you need the computer for, any specific things you definitely need (certain size screen for example) and your budget - we will assist to create a quotation for you based on your needs.
Q: How much is delivery to area X?
A: Create an account on our website, add items to your cart, and press checkout. Our website will show you all of the available delivery costs and options, without the need for you to submit or complete your order.
